The terms below offer extra rights in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected. Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Frances Rose website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then download or print a copy for future reference. We may change these terms without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Customer service
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and confirm your order details. Please note that neither email is acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the product(s) to you.
All products are subject to availability. If an item is not available we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of accepting a substitute product of equal value or canceling your order.

Delivery Information
Delivery can only be made to mainland UK and Europe. For International orders please contact us. Frances Rose has four categories which are dependent on the type and size of products ordered and your destination ranging from £5 to £40 inclusive of VAT. If you are ordering more than one item, one delivery charge will be applied. Maximum postage charge in the UK is £10, Europe £40.
Our estimated time scales are 5-10 days for all items. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
Saturdays and Bank holidays are not counted as 'standard' delivery days and will incur a surcharge if requested. If there is an unforeseen or out of our control delivery delay, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail or telephone.
Refunds and returns
Your happiness is important. We will make every effort to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. If anything you receive does not match your expectations, we will be happy to make a refund or exchange. You will need to notify us within 7 days and return the goods at your expense by Recorded Delivery within 7 days from your notice. If you wish for our couriers to collect the item we will only charge you at cost. Goods must be returned to Frances Rose, 23 Bradley Road, Trowbridge, BA14 0QR. Goods must be returned to us in the original condition, unused, undamaged and with original packaging intact for a replacement or refund. The customer will pay all freight charges. If you return the goods you should insure them against carrier damage. You are responsible for the safe keeping of goods until they are received by us or collected by our agents. Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 3 working days of receipt. Please contact us in writing, by email or letter, immediately. Frances Rose will arrange for collection of the damaged or defective goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Products
Frances Rose offers a wide range of products, which are individually made to order and there are various design, colour and size options; all of this information cannot be displayed here on the site and we only display a selection. If you are interested in discussing your personal preferences for any of the products not for sale here please contact us so we can inform you of the wide variety of options available. All our sizes and measurements are approximate. Colours may not be exact due to reproduction limitations and resolution settings of your computer.
Price
All prices are right at the time of publishing online, although circumstances beyond our control, like inflation, may cause price changes. We do our best to let you know about any price changes before goods are live. All reductions in price and/or credit terms are reductions against our own previous prices and terms unless otherwise indicated.

Frances Rose use the latest technology and proprietary procedures to protect the security of all transactions passing through the site. All sensitive information sent between your computer and our payment provider's server is automatically encrypted. When registering or logging in to our site, we verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher and all Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Your personal information is stored on our payment provider's servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, our payment provider does not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the internet.

Contract
All our consumer contracts are governed by English law and shall fall under the Exclusive Jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract. Until your credit or debit card has been charged for the sale of our products, no contract will exist or apply between us. The charging of your card will be deemed our acceptance of your offer and the effective communication of our acceptance to them. All orders taken are taken at 23 Bradley Road, Trowbridge, BA14 0QR.
